Teo is the Vice President of Design at Airbnb, providing strategic vision and leadership for all aspects of design. She has elevated design into a strategic advantage for the company — reshaping how products are built, strengthening design systems, and raising the bar on every part of the guest and host experience. Known for her ability to enact change within the design and tech industries, Teo has been vital in transforming Airbnb's design team, integrating design into every part of the business, and building a culture that values high craft, simplicity, delight, and curiosity.

Before joining Airbnb, Teo was on Apple's Human Interface Design team, leading design for products with far-reaching impacts, including Apple Card (product and hardware), Apple Cash, and numerous Apple Watch faces. Teo started her career in the UK, where she held roles at leading London agencies before founding her own boutique design studio, No Days Off. She is serving as the Jury President at D&AD, one of advertising and design's most respected judging bodies, and has been involved in numerous initiatives supporting under-represented groups in the creative industries, mentoring young creatives and those from non-traditional pathways. Teo is committed to making Airbnb's design team one of the best in the world, pairing its values with AI to make the Airbnb experience richer, more personal, and more meaningful.
