Becca is the Chief Marketing Officer at Airbnb, where she leads Airbnb’s Marketing and Research teams, helping maintain Airbnb’s strong global brand and positioning. She and her team are embedded in product development from the start, helping to shape the work and ensure alignment across consumer, host, and business needs.
Becca has over 30 years of experience in marketing, working with a number of iconic brands including most recently, Meta, where she led marketing and operations for Reality Labs. She also helped launch the iPhone and iPad while at Apple and was responsible for taking Nike’s “Just Do It” campaign global, elevating it to one of the most iconic and enduring brand movements in marketing history.
Becca is a graduate of Macalester College and studied abroad at the University of Cairo in Egypt. She also serves on the boards of Civic News Company, Mercy Corps, The New York Times, and the NWSL’s Bay FC.
